Is this food safe? I have butcher block with oil stain and water based Polycrylic

If you already have a Polycrylic, why would you want something else? If you are trying to seal the offgassing, your best bet is to sand off the existing finish first, then apply one of our food grade sealers such as Bioshield Herbal Oil or AFM Naturals Penetrating Oil.
