Looks like someone removed from the description the 2nd NOTE which stated the product could not be used on Particle Board. Hello, and thank you for your question. your not wrong, the specifications for Hard Seal and its application limitations, were recently updated by the manufacturer. So in due order, they were updated on our website to match the current guidelines from AFM Safecoat. According to AFM, Hard Seal is now approved for use on chip boards, OSB, and MDF/HDF type substrates for sealing purposes. In the past, only Safe Seal was recommended for use on those substrate materials.
