I have installed marble white self adhesive vinyl film on my kitchen countertops. What can I put on it to seal it and protect it from cutting and heat?

We are not familiar with "self adhesive vinyl film" but going by the name alone, I doubt we sell anything that would bond to that in such a way as to protect it from heat and cutting. We'd recommend sidestepping the issue by using trivets and cutting boards.
