Looking for a non toxic alternative to Kilz sealer for subfloor before new carpet install. Will this work? Subfloor had dog urine damage in spots, so it was sanded and bleached to resurface the subfloor before new carpet install. Installers recommended using Kilz before installation but I'm hoping for a safer product since I baby will be in the house. ()
