AFM HardSeal and AFM Acrylacq are clear encapsulating sealers. HardSeal comes in a glossy finish. Acrylacq is a little more durable in terms of abrasion resistance, and comes in either a satin or gloss finish. Two coats eliminates off-gassing in most situations. They are both water-based sealers, so they only work over water-based paints and finishes. Usually interior house paints are water based. Ordering a sample is always recommended to test for bonding.
