We do not sell anything meant to encapsulate lead. You may use the AFM Transitional Primer on old lead based paint if the paint is very secure to the wall or substrate and not chipping. This will, of course, cover the lead based paint which is helpful. You would then use two coats of the AFM Safecoat Zero VOC paint on top of it. But again, it isn't formulated to encapsulate lead.
