Can I paint over Hard Seal, with water based paint?

Hard Seal being a water-based product, you can paint over it with a water-based paint. As it is glossy, you will need to degloss/lightly sand to give the surface teeth so the paint can grip to it (otherwise the paint will rub/flake off).
