HardSeal is comprised of Water, Acrylic Polymer Emulsion, and Ester Alcohol. It emits only 21 g/liter of VOC and has very low odor when wet and none once fully dried in a day or two. This product is designed to block VOC emissions from other finishes. It dries in a gloss sheen.
