Hard Seal can be used over wood paneling or on top of water-based paint. We would not recommend painting over the hard seal, as it has a high gloss and may need to be lightly sanded before painting.
Can SafeCoat Hard Seal be used on wood paneling, such as in older mobile homes? If so, can you paint over it after the SafeCoat Hard Seal has dried. Thanks SAMPLE - AFM SafeCoat, Hard Seal Wood Stains & Sealers
