No. Hardseal was made to seal formaldehyde and VOCs mainly. A much better choice would be three coats of AFM Polyureseal BP which has better abrasion and moisture resistance.Before applying, make certain to abrade (de-gloss) the surface first in order to provide some tooth for the finish to bond properly. Testing with a sample first is highly recommended.
