Provided the cabinets were painted with a water-based paint, yes, the water-based Acrylacq would work just fine.
Can this be applied to freshly, but dried, painted cabinets? SAMPLE - AFM SafeCoat, Acrylacq, Matte Wood Stains & Sealers
