I have removed wallpaper, filled cracks with plaster and sanded those down to create a smooth surface. There are however still some minor imperfections in the wall. Can I use this primer to form a thick smooth coating so my paint layer goes on nicely? Also I am painting a baby room, so will this have no off gassing?
