I treated our oak counters with Bioshield wood counter finish. I'd like it to be more water resistant. Would you recommend doing more layers of Bioshield or AFM Safecoat Oil Wax Finish?

Both these products are oil based, and need to penetrate into your countertop. If your countertop is already saturated with Bioshield Wood Counter Finish, then you would not be able to apply AFM Safecoat Oil Wax Finish over it without first sanding the counter down to the raw wood and starting over with a fresh surface.
