Can this be used over oil paint , artist oil on canvas as a sealer ?

AFM SafeCoat AcriGlaze is water based sealer and thus it would perform best on water based paints. It is not likely that AcriGlaze would be able to bond to oil paint. However, we do have a sample size available for testing so that you could check for adhesion.
