You can use the AFM SafeCoat EXT but the best concrete sealer is the GBS Penetrating Concrete Sealer. It will penetrate 2-4 inches deep, depending on the porosity of the concrete, and it does not wear off since it is not a topical sealer. It comes in two sheen options, matte and gloss.
