That is entirely dependent on how many square feet your bedroom is, coverage with Safe Seal is 350 Square Feet for 1 coat and 1 gallon of product, 1-3 coats is recommended, number of coats is dependent on what you are trying to accomplish and what you are going over. There is a red flag in your question as Safe Seal is NOT a finish coat, it is meant to go over porous surfaces such as raw plywood, chipboard and sheet rock, generally used as a behind the scenes coat as the finished surface will be rubbery to the touch. Taking a guess. if you are seeking a finish coat that will encapsulate formaldehyde offgassing in an interior bedroom setting, we would recommend AFM Safecoat Transitional Primer, followed by AFM Safecoat Zero VOC paint for your walls and ceiling, and (depending on what type of floor you have) AFM Polyureseal BP if you have a hardwood floor that is unsealed or sealed with a non-oil sealer. We also carry other sealer options but would need to know more specifics as to what you are trying to accomplish and what you currently have on your bedroom walls and floor.
