Looking to use this product on a used, finished toddler bed. We plan to sand it down a little bit and then apply this as a seal. Since the bed has previously been finished, is this OK, or should we use something else? Thanks!

You'll just have to make sure you totally sand any old finish off because this needs to soak directly into raw wood and, if there is something "in the way" (like old finish), it won't adhere as well in that area. Order small samples online to test first.
