Is this safe to use outdoors on pressure treated wood? I'm looking for a no/low VOC oil-based finish for a cat enclosure.

Vermont Natural Coatings Exterior Penetrating Stain works best on pressure treated wood. We have people use it for that all the time and love it dearly. However, pressure treated wood should sit for 6 months to a year before applying so the wood pressure treatment has a chance to weather. You may order small samples of it online to test first.
