I�d like to water seal a lacquered wooden kitchen table. What would you recommend?

Provided your lacquer was water based, you can go over that with a water based sealer. AFM Safecoat Acrylacq is a fine choice. AFM Safecoat Polyureseal BP would also work nicely and would add a degree of abrasion resistance (if your table gets a lot of use, things getting dragged across it, etc.).
