I am making a kitchen table out of white oak. I have applied multiple coats of a water based urethane but am not satisfied it will protect against 3 grandkids. I used a water based urethane as I don't want any yellowing. Can I apply this product over what I have and will it give a good protection?

You'd first need to test to see if the two are compatible and will be able to bond with each other. When your mixing two different manufacturers products it is very important to test for compatibility as each manufacture makes products to be used on their own, not in combination with other manufacturers products. We offer liquid samples for $9.95 so that you can test to for compatibility. You'll find the sample button available on the product page under the green "Add to Cart" button.
