You can seal the wood with Acrylacq and that will prevent moisture from penetrating easily, however, it is breathable and some moisture will still get into the wood.
Can I use Acrylacq to reduce the humidity raw wood in a bathroom is exposed to? We have fir framing and pine flooring on the floor above. SAMPLE - AFM SafeCoat, Acrylacq, Matte Wood Stains & Sealers
