If there is wood in a crawl space that has not completely dried out, can Caliwel be applied over it? I do not mean dripping wet�just not completely dried to new lumber moisture levels.

As with all paint products, the surface must be clean and dry to support proper adhesion to the surface. Dry means below 12% moisture content. A moisture meter will help to determine this. Otherwise, just wait another few weeks.
