Is this product 100% silicone? Thinking of using this for a Styrofoam water dish i bought for a snake.

No silicone. The ingredients of this product are Water, Acrylic Emulsion Polymer, Acrylic Polymer Emulsion, Ester Alcohol. It's made to seal over wood, so it probably would not work over styrofoam, and definitely cannot be submerged. We have nothing for this project for you.
