Using any paint will prevent the lead from going airborne. Therefore this encapsulating sealer would be a good choice and we suggest using AFM Zero VOC paint on top.
Is this suitable for sealing in lead based paint? If not, do you have a product recommendation? SAMPLE - AFM SafeCoat, Transitional Primer (Int/Ext) Paints & Primers
