AFM HardSeal is designed to block VOC emissions from water-based finishes. If you use over a water-based acrylic paint, this product will work. However, if it is oil-based or an alkyd type paint, this will not adhere.
Will this sealer work on a ceramic tile painted with acrylic paints? Kids project tiles will be on a vertical brick wall outside. SAMPLE - AFM SafeCoat, Hard Seal Wood Stains & Sealers
