No. Painting over pre-sealed flooring is generally a bad idea as you need a good bond between the floor surface and the paint. You could do this if you were going over raw, freshly sanded wood or porous concrete. Over pre sealed cork however, no, would not work. And it would absolutely void the warranty on the floor.
