If you want a seal with moisture protection, you want to use something other than oil and wax. If you are using oil and wax in a space that is apt to get water spills and condensation you need to wipe the water up immediately, which is just not practical in a bathroom.A better course is a low VOC topical sealer like AFM SafeCoat Acrylacq or AFM SafeCoat EXT Polyureseal Clear. We carry samples of all these products so you can test first and find the solution you love before committing to the entire project.
