Looking for a seal for wood baseboards, clear varnish, zero or minimal voc. Please advise?

Both the AFM SafeCoat Polyureseal BP and the AFM SafeCoat Acrylacq would be good for wood baseboards. Both would provide a protective coating and abrasion resistance and are very similar, the Polyureseal has a higher solid content and thus the highest durability between the two.
