If you have lead paint, it would be best for you to coat over it with the AFM Safecoat Transitional Primer first followed by two coats of AFM Safecoat Zero VOC paint.
Is this the best product to seal over walls that have likely been painted with lead paint in an older home? I do not know whether the paint is latex or oil based SAMPLE - AFM SafeCoat, Acrylacq, Matte Wood Stains & Sealers
