Is caliwel compatible with closed cell foam insulation? We plan to apply caliwell to rafters of a cathedral ceiling and then apply closed cell foam insulation on top of it. Want to make sure Caliwel does not cause issue with closed cell foam adhesion or some sort of chemical reaction. Testing a small area is not an option as the installer will be doing the foam in one large application.

Yes that will work , I reached out to Caliwel to make sure there wouldn't be any issues. He actually recommended to use it for that application this way the rafters are fully protected. He also said to make sure to get as much of the area covered with the Caliwel as possible for a higher level of protection. You will need to wait at least 2 days after the Caliwel is applied before the insulation can be applied. This way the Caliwel has enough time to cure fully.
