AFM Safecoat Transitional Primer will work on most clean, raw concrete walls or previously painted, as long as they are in good shape and not crumbling apart. Once you have primed them, you will need to paint over the primer with AFM Safecoat All Purpose Exterior Satin paint. You may order small samples online to test for adherence.
