Hi I have a concrete floor where they used black mastic glue to install wood flooring. after making sure there was no asbestos present we scrapped the glue up, but the residue still smells. Would this product cover the very thin layer of old glue?

No. AFM SafeSeal is designed to block VOC emissions of porous wood surfaces only. Glue residue or glue stain may be difficult to bond with because they often contain solvents that are oil based. The only product we offer that will bond well and block the emissions is our AFM Roofguard. After applying two coats you can cover with any type of floor covering. It is always best to purchase a sample first to test for good adhesion.
