There is a lot going on here. Making the assumption that you went over the linoleum with a water-based paint that is able to bond well with linoleum, and likewise over tile surface that was properly prepared, covered, and also well bonded (it's a big deal that the paint bonds to these surfaces well - if it does not, then your paint will flake off the surface, regardless of what you put on top of it). All that said, going only off the information you have provided here, it sounds like you want a good abrasion resistant topical sealer that will bond to paint. If you want something super durable, in that it was made for use on floors, AFM Safecoat Polyureseal BP. Another option would be AFM Safecoat Acrylacq, which was made for uses such as kitchen cabinets, not as durable, but great protection against marring, stains and fingerprints. These products both work well over water-based paints. If we are only getting part of the story, however, we would advise you call one of our eco advisors to give us more details about the specifics of the paint you used and the preparations that were made to get the best bond to these two very different surfaces.
