Unfortunately, the AFM Safecoat Hard Seal is a water-based product and would not be compatible with a surface coated in the dewaxed shellac.
If I am putting this over some dewaxed shellac on a pine surface, how long should I let the shellac cure before putting this Hard Seal over it? And how many coats of Hard Seal? SAMPLE - AFM SafeCoat, Hard Seal Wood Stains & Sealers
