Would the Polyureseal help seal against off gassing from Engineered Acacia Wood flooring? It is glued down and there is about 1000 square feet of it. It has no sheen to it. It does have a UV baked on aluminum oxide finish.

Three coats of AFM SafeCoat Polyureseal BP will form a topical membrane that blocks emissions from formaldehyde as well as other VOCs in the Acacia wood. If that is what is causing the off-gassing problem, then this will definitely help. If, however, the odor is coming from something unrelated, for example, pet urine or mold on the subfloor, this product may not help.
