Yes, but due to the gloss finish of HardSeal, a light sanding will give it some tooth and allow for better adhesion of the Acrylacq.
I have already applied 3 coats of dewaxed shellac on a �conversion base� varnish, followed by three coats of hard seal. Can I apply acrylic satin on top of the hard seal?
