We want to seal / finish steel staircases. It is all flat bar cold rolled so we have mill marks we want to keep. We can spray or brush. What is the best product to use?

AFM Acrylacq or AFM Polyureseal BP may work but you will need to test these first to assure that it bonds well and does not react in any way with the finish on the steel. These will not work over any rusted surface. They can be brushed or sprayed.
