What is the best finish for an oak kitchen table? I want to prevent white cloudy marks from water and heat. It also has to be durable and washed daily.

I'd recommend using the Polyureseal BP as it would be the most durable option. It comes in 3 sheen options; Matte, Satin & Gloss and the coverage is 1-Quart = 75-88 SF, 1-Gallon = 300-350 SF. For the most durability, 3 coats is recommended.
