Hello. I have LEED Certified oiled wood flooring in my condo. It is stained dark walnut. Currently I clean it with Bona floor cleaner and a mop. , and vacuum in between. There are small areas or wear near kitchen sink and a few nicks but it is otherwise beautiful. Will this product revive these areas as well as protect the floor from more scratches and nicks? I've reached out to the techs at AFM to try and get the best answer to your question. Can you tell me what is currently on your wood? Is the stain oil or water-based? And is there an existing sealer over that in your areas that are not worn down? What is the cause of the wear on your floor, and is it still being regularly beaten?
