Will this work on Baltic birch that will be exposed to high temperatures, as well as sub freezing temperatures? Looking to seal the interior of a teardrop trailer that will be stored outdoors in Nevada. I'm steering away from the polyureseal as blushing from condensation is a possibility.

Sorry, we don't offer any products that are guaranteed for climate extremes of that nature. You are certainly welcome to test them in a small area first to see how they hold up. Small samples are available on our website for this purpose.
