Our Poly BP would be the strongest encapsulator and can be used over painted/raw wood. The Safe Seal dries soft and wouldn't be suggested for that application area.
We just had new rugs installed and they used a toxic glue for he baseboard. It is affecting myself and eight month old baby. Can this product over the baseboard help encapsulate the toxic smell/ off gases? SAMPLE - AFM SafeCoat, Safe Seal Wood Stains & Sealers
