Hi there, will this primer work well for old plaster walls? We have a 1940s home & tore off two layers of old wood paneling to discover yellow painted plaster walls. So it's easy to assume it's lead based paint as well. Will this primer be suitable for this? We have ecos paint but cannot use their primer as it isn't suitable for plaster. Thank you so much for your help!

Yes, you can used this to prime over any type of paint. The fact that the yellow paint is currently on top of plaster is of no concern. It's the paint we are bonding to not the plaster. Even if there was no paint, the Transitional Primer can be applied directly over plaster too.
