is AFM SafeCoat Safe Seal a clear application, and dries clear? I want to keep the dove white color on my cabinet panel intact. Is this an acrylic too?

We do not recommend SafeSeal over painted surfaces. If your paint is water based and not oil based, we suggest two coats of AFM Safecoat Acrylacq. This acrylic based product dries clear and adheres well to most water-based paints or stains. We recommend that you order small samples online first to test for adhesion and appearance.
