We would suggest Poly BP as it is the strongest encapsulator and most durable. It would be best to test the veneer top to make sure this will adhere properly.
I'm wanting to seal a dining room table that has a solid wood bottom and veneer top. Would Acrylacq or Poly BP be the better option for sealing VOCs/off gassing? SAMPLE - AFM SafeCoat, Acrylacq, Matte Wood Stains & Sealers
