I am building an outdoor cedar table for kids and would like to use a sealant and a stain that is non-toxic. Can I use Bioshield Aqua Resin Stain followed by AFM SafeCoat, Naturals Clear Penetrating Oil?

Bioshield Aqua Resin is a water based finish and Naturals Clear Penetrating is an Oil. Water and Oil do not mix, so this would be a bad combination for your project.If you are looking to add a degree of abrasion and weather resistance to your table, we would recommend going over the Aqua Resin Stain Finish with AFM Safecoat EXT Exterior Polyureseal Clear.
