Will the polyureseal BP adhere to either one of your concrete floor paints? I want to paint the concrete floor then put down an adhesive wall decal and then seal

AFM Concrete Floor Paint and ECOS Porch paint both dry to a semi-gloss sheen which makes adhesion to any product challenging. Therefore, you may need to do a light sanding to de-gloss the surface and provide some tooth to the surface. This will provide better adhesion.
