None of the primers or paints we sell are formulated to be used on vinyl. They're not going to stick to a surface like that.
What primer would you recommend for painting over sheet vinyl floors? This is a temporary solution until I can replace the floors, so I am not looking for long-term durability. SAMPLE - AFM SafeCoat, Transitional Primer (Int/Ext) Paints & Primers
