I just moved into a home that has been painted. I don't know what kind of paint they used but the trim paint is still slightly tacky. I want to paint over everything with this transitional primer. Can I paint over this slightly tacky trim paint with this primer?

We are really glad you asked.NEVER, we repeat, NEVER, paint over tacky/still drying paint with another brand of paint. Doing so will create a weird chemical cocktail that will take even longer to dry and off-gas (weeks, months, etc.).Once the tacky paint is completely dry, then yes, you can coat over with the AFM Transitional Primer. To speed along the drying process, increase airflow over the surface (fans, open windows, etc.) - a dehumidifier drying out the air can also assist.
