I'm installing new carpet in a bedroom that is located above an attached garage, there is old carpet glue on top of the subfloor. I'd like to use something to seal in any past pollutants that's made its way to the subfloor and any future ones from the garage. Would this product work over old carpet glue on wood subfloor and under new carpet? ()
