I just finished paneling a 10' x 14' room with knotty pine boards. I will be storing hunting clothes in the room so I don't want chemical smells tainting them. Which product would you most recommend and how many gallons do you think I'll need to cover all four walls (8' floor to ceiling)? Thank you.

To cover your 384 square feet of wall space, if you want no preservative/formaldehyde off-gassing from the knotty pine we recommend, if you want to go a paint route, AFM Transitional Primer covered with AFM Zero VOC paint 2 gallons + 2 quarts for each product. If you want to go a clear coat route, we would recommend EXT Exterior Polyureseal Clear, 2 gallons.Naturals clear penetrating oil, while a great product, is not going to prevent off-gassing from your knotty pine.
